|Boeing Boeing||Jul 17 2018 - Jul 21 2018|
A RAODS Production
"It all boils down to juggling timetables and a reliable maid who never forgets to change the photographs"
Bernard lives with his housekeeper in a palatial apartment, a stones throw from Orly Airport in Paris. Bernard thought he could easily keep his three air hostess girlfriends from finding out about each other, it is simply a question of timetabling and he had it down to a fine art. Bernard relishes the chance to show off his elegant scheme, especially when an old school friend turns up out of the blue. All goes to plan until a new turbo-charged Boeing aircraft is introduced and the timetable goes out of the window. We watch as the elegant scheme collapses into farce.
Enjoy the celebrated long-running farce from 1962, revived to great acclaim in 2007 in the West End and on Broadway.

Last year, Mark directed and wrote a short film, Perplexed Music, starring his brother Paul. The film explores the temporary madness and isolation experienced by a middle-aged man as he battles to find the strength to continue on his life's journey after the death of his partner. Not on general release to the public yet, it has won an impressive number of awards at international film festivals, and they're still coming!
This is a unique opportunity to see the film and to take part in a Q&A session where you can ask Mark about the film, his life, his career and any tips he may have for aspiring actors, directors or film-makers!

|Afterglow Genesis Tribute Band||Oct 26 2018|
The idea behind Afterglow is to cover the music Genesis played once Phil Collins took on vocal duties. The earlier Gabriel period is well supported by numerous tribute bands but there isn't much opportunity to hear those later tracks that are equally popular with most Genesis fans.
Afterglow are not the kind of tribute act that attempts to reenact a particular tour or even look like the original artists but rather to recreate the music that Genesis played over the years. So don't expect costumes or Mellotrons catching fire. Do expect to hear the music played with authentic sounds and fastidious detail. Everything from A Trick of the Tail right up to We Can't Dance... with a few oldies thrown in for good measure!

Set in the battlefields of France during 1916. Smudger, a new arrival at the Front, is keen to shoot his first German whilst Harry is more interested in keeping his head down, thinking of home and enjoying his mug of tea.
Full of trench humour, WHIZZBANGS is a wry look at life in the trenches through the eyes of two reluctant heroes. Stuck in a hole, surrounded by mud and death, how will our boys cope with the ever present danger of being shot or blown to smithereens? “Cheer up chum! The first seven years is the worst!”
|Life of Riley||Nov 13 2018 - Nov 17 2018|
A RAODS Production
Bittersweet, but hilarious - classic Ayckbourn
(Communicating with my husband) is like "talking through a sheet of glass, as if you're in prison - or at the post office". It is lines like that which make every Alan Ayckbourn play a poignant, funny and memorable way to spend an evening at the theatre. In Life of Riley he tells the story of George Riley's closest friends, as they struggle to come to terms with the news that George ("a hippie Peter Pan") has just weeks to live.
"As perceptive as ever ... Ayckbourn has once again achieved a satisfyingly rich complexity" - Daily Telegraph

Philip Ridley's modern classic was a huge success when it premiered at the Hampstead Theatre in 2001, and a West End smash in 2007. Thrilling, heartbreaking and darkly humorous by turns, it is now seen as one of the most powerful explorations of hate crime - and society's need to crush 'difference' - ever written.

|An Evening of Mediumship with Psychic Tony Stockwell||Jan 29 2019|
Remarkably compelling, amazingly detailed and always humorous.
The popular star of TV’s Street Psychic, Psychic Private Eyes and Psychic Academy, Tony Stockwell has a long established credibility as one of the top Intuitive Mediums and has shared the stage all round the world with international mediums such as Colin Fry, James van Praagh and Lisa Williams. Tony demonstrates his belief that those who have passed can communicate with their loved ones with detailed messages frequently including names, dates and locations and all delivered with emotion, sensitivity and empathy. The evening may include psychometry, photographs readings and psychic prediction.
Recent legislative guidelines insist that any Evening of Mediumship should be billed ‘for entertainment purposes’. Tony certainly uses his natural wit, showmanship and Cockney charisma to entertain but more important, Mediumship has the potential to change someone’s life and instil in them a sense of peace, comfort and purpose.We hope that nobody can fail to come away untouched by the experience.

|Fleetingwood Mac||Apr 4 2019|
A young and exciting new tribute to the legendary band, Fleetwood Mac.
We didn’t just want to be another tribute band, with tacky wigs and fancy dress outfits. Instead we wanted to bring across the live sound of Fleetwood Mac, with just one guitar, a keyboard, a drum kit, a man on the bass and of course, the vocals!
As much as we aim to create a genuine Fleetwood Mac sound, we can’t help but give it a modern edge, it’s just the way we play. How else are five people supposed to play tribute to a band that have lasted nearly 50 years?
Songs you can expect to hear at our shows: Rhiannon, Go Your Own Way, Sisters of the Moon, Oh Well, Tusk, I’m so Afraid, Everywhere, Songbird, Gold Dust Woman, Don’t Stop, You Make Loving Fun, Black Magic Woman, Dreams, Little Lies, Gypsy, Say You Love Me, The Chain, Landslide, Seven Wonders, Silver Spring, Second Hand News, Isn’t it Midnight, Sara, As Long As You Follow, Oh Diane, Big Love, Blue Letter, Hold Me, Green Manalishi, World Turning, Edge Of Seventeen.
We also want to introduce the songs to a new generation of Fleetwood Mac fans, who just like ourselves, weren’t even born when the band were in their prime. We do not go on stage pretending to be Fleetwood Mac, instead we go on as who we are, five young musicians who love the music, and want to share the music of one of the worlds greatest bands to a wider audience.
