Car parking
Would patrons please note that there is a small car park at the rear of the theatre. Parking is not permitted in front of the row of shops in the Plaza Parade. Download a parking map showing the theatre car park and alternative parking within 5 minutes walk.

Access facilities

Access to the auditorium may be gained by lift and we can accommodate a limited number of wheelchairs at the front. If you wish to use the lift or have difficulty in climbing the stairs to the auditorium, please notify the Box Office of your requirements when booking tickets so that suitable seats can be allocated and Front of House staff notified. |

Guide Dogs are allowed in the auditorium. Please notify the Box Office if you wish to bring a guide dog so that suitable space can be allocated. |

A Sennheiser transmission system is installed in the auditorium to help patrons who have difficulty hearing. The small lightweight unit has a stethoscope-type earpiece. It is easy to operate and comfortable in use. Please ask at the Box Office to borrow one of these units. You will be shown how to use it. Please return it to the Box Office after use. There is no charge for the use of the headsets. This unit operates in the auditorium only. |
