Conditions Of Sale - tickets

TICKETS MAY NOT BE EXCHANGED NOR MONEY REFUNDED.

The Management reserves the right, in combination with any other statements or directives which may be shown on the ticket or as displayed on the premises to:-

a) Refuse admission of the ticket holder to the premises.
b) Refuse entry of and use on the premises of any camera or any form of audio or visual recording equipment.
c) Request the ticket holder to leave the premises and to take any appropriate measure to enforce such a request.
d) Delay entry of latecomers until a suitable break or interval in the performance/event.
e) Make any change whatsoever in the performance/event owing to any unforeseen or unavoidable cause.
f) Cancel or abandon the performance/event for reasons beyond its control without notice and without being liable to pay any person any compensation or damage whatsoever other than, at the Management's discretion, a possible percentage or maximum refund to the ticket holder of the value of the ticket.

Display Cabinets

The two poster display cabinets on the outside front wall of the theatre may be used by visiting companies. The availability of this display space will depend on venue usage in the period prior to your booking. Charges will apply. The display cabinets are wooden framed with perspex glazing and have dimensions as follows:
Glazed 1140mm high x 800mm wide
Overall 1260mm high x 925mm wide

Logos

RAODS and the Plaza Theatre each have a distinctive logo. High-resolution versions of these logos may be saved by right-clicking on the graphics below for inclusion in poster artwork - the RAODS logo may only be used for RAODS shows.

Mailing List

Periodically despatches are sent to recipients on our mailing list which advertise forthcoming RAODS shows - the exact dates of mailouts will depend on the schedule of RAODS shows and when printed materials are ready.
