Frankie (a waitress) and Johnny (a short-order cook who works in the same restaurant) are discovered in bed. It is their first encounter, after having met several weeks ago on the job, and Frankie is hopeful that Johnny will get dressed and depart, so she can return to her usual routine of watching TV and eating ice cream. But Johnny, a compulsive talker (and romantic), has other ideas and declares love for Frankie, a notion that she, at first, considers to be ridiculous. She has had more disappointments than delights in life, and Johnny is the veteran of one broken marriage already. And neither of them is in the bloom of youth. Yet out of their sometimes touching, sometimes hilarious interplay the promise of a relationship beyond a "one-night stand" does begin to emerge...

The Pirates of Penzance is a comic operetta by Gilbert and Sullivan. It tells the story of Frederic, a young man who is released from his apprenticeship to a band of pirates. He falls in love with Mabel, the daughter of Major-General Stanley. However, he faces obstacles such as his sense of duty, the pirates' revenge, and a paradox involving his birthday. The operetta is full of humour, satire, and catchy songs.

She recently came to the public’s attention with her fictional Twitter thread about being married to Jurgen Klopp which went viral and was retweeted and liked by Seth Meyers, Gary Lineker, Marian Keyes, Billy Bragg and Kathy Burke. She was also featured in The Times, The Telegraph, the Guardian and the Evening Standard. Laura’s first book, Klopp Actually: (Imaginary) Life with Football’s Most Sensible Heartthrob, is available to buy now.

September in the Rain is an evocation of a lost working-class way of life, with something a little darker below the surface. The play follows the life and holiday of Liz and Jack, John Godber’s own grandparents, based on the stories they told at length, over and over again.
Jack is a miner down the pits in Yorkshire, Liz his long-suffering faithful wife. The pits close for a week in September, so every year they holiday in Blackpool in a cheap, grubby, backstreet guesthouse – September being an ideal month for a week in Blackpool! The play tells their story, from the present and the past. We see them on their holidays and hear them narrate their tales, meeting some of the characters they encounter along the rocky road.

The Ladykillers is a classic black comedy based on the 1955 Ealing comedy film of the same name. Mrs Wilberforce, a sweet little old lady, rents out a room in her lopsided house to Marcus, a professor of music. She is blissfully unaware that he is actually a maniacal criminal who is putting together against a gang of misfits who will stop at nothing to commit the heist of their careers. Unable to think of a suitable final stage to their plan, Marcus decides to involve Mrs. Wilberforce, unwittingly, as the perfect getaway ruse. However, at the final stage, Mrs Wilberforce becomes wise to their deception and the gang realize that there is only one way to keep the old lady quiet. As the gang is killed off one-by-one in their attempts to murder the old lady, Marcus faces Mrs. Wilberforce alone and seals his own grizzly fate.

In the final hours of 14th April 1912 the RMS Titanic, on her maiden voyage from Southampton to New York, collided with an iceberg and ‘the unsinkable ship’ slowly sank. It was one of the most tragic disasters of the 20th Century.

Based on real people aboard the most legendary ship in the world, Titanic The Musical is a stunning and stirring production focusing on the hopes, dreams and aspirations of her passengers who each boarded with stories and personal ambitions of their own. All innocently unaware of the fate awaiting them, the Third Class immigrants dream of a better life in America, the Second Class imagine they too can join the lifestyles of the rich and famous, whilst the millionaire Barons of the First Class anticipate legacies lasting forever.

With music and lyrics by Maury Yeston and a book by Peter Stone (Woman of the Year and 1776), the pair have collectively won an Academy Award, an Emmy Award, an Olivier Award and three Tony awards. The original Broadway production of Titanic The Musical won five Tony Awards including Best Musical, Best Score and Best Book.

Based on an 1890's story by Oscar Wilde about Lord Arthur Savile, who is engaged to lovely Sybil Merton. Her pet chiromantist Podgers has read Lord Arthur's palm and foretold he would commit a murder. Lord Arthur desires a blissful married life and therefore feels duty bound to get the murder over with first. But the course of true love never did run smooth...

MoonAge is a David Bowie Tribute Band comprising acclaimed musicians, with a wealth of experience and are fronted by an amazing singer, Andrew Walker, who has David Bowie’s vocals off to a tee.
