A RAODS Green Room Production

Three women trying to find themselves on their own become irretrievably involved together in finding a new direction and hope.

Rebecca has finished with her boyfriend, he liked his television more than her. Her confidence is at a new low, she is looking for someone new. She is waiting for her old boyfriend to pick up his television, and then she finds a hammer...

Sam is looking for a partner who will accept her for what she is. She is still physically a woman, but wants to be a man. It's taken time to reach this point but now she is ready to take the plunge. Her first date as a man is with... Rebecca.

Anna hasn't left her flat for months. She is ripping up the floorboards and throwing her possessions out of the window, she wants to be free from this environment; she wants to fly. Then one day she hears a voice speaking urgently to her through her letterbox. It is the voice of Rebecca.

This is a very timely play, exploring the perception of, and pressures on, women in today's society. This play is moving, playful, painful, challenging, emotional and lyrical. A play for today in more ways than one.
